Enrobers The Enrobers manufactured by Liverpool Fabrication are designed to meet the higher standards and clients specifications. The Enrobers are manufactured from Stainless Steel, and have a Slatted Conveyor, on which the products are placed prior to being dipped. Surplus Coating Media is drained off the product and returned to the storage tank. The Enrobers have been used for applying fondant, fondant glaze, sugar, butter and icing.
