The HIPPO Bag Splitter was designed in conjunction with
a major food manufacturer to improve the working conditions
of operators engaged in the opening and emptying of bags
containing flour etc.
The machine has an output capability of 12 bags per minute.
The bags are fed into the machine via a conveyor, and
are then split using a vertical sawing action. The contents
are emptied into a storage hopper, via a sieve and the
bag is disposed of into a polythene sleeve for disposal
when full. |
